My personal experience of being a Life coach in Melbourne is that the goals I set were absolutely incredible. They were still realistic, but when I read my goals, I thought, “Wow, can you imagine what it will be like when I achieve those?” The goals inspired me beyond belief.

For me, the support I received from my coach was amazing. I knew she was with me every step of the way and that I could always e-mail her or give her a quick call between sessions if I needed to.

what is a life coachI found great comfort in the structure of the coaching process and the clear strategic plan for how I was going to get there. More importantly, being accountable to someone, really made a big difference in my life – it made me take action.

I also loved the way things were broken down into manageable pieces. My life goals were pretty big so having them broken down into tiny pieces removed any of the overwhelm I felt due to the enormity of the goals. It also meant I could celebrate “wins” along the way after accomplishing small elements of the goals which was very useful and exciting.

What I got out of the coaching process and what I see my clients take away with them is life changing, illuminating and empowering.

The proven Life coaching system

A 1 hour conversation to get a snapshot of where you are right now, gets you started. In that session we set 3 spectacular goals together – goals much more inspiring than you could ever manage to dream up on your own.

In session 2, a clear strategic plan is unveiled. This is “how” you’re going to get to your goals.

We’ll be checking in on all the goals each session and setting some fun and creative actions for you to take between sessions. The sessions are 1 hour once a week or once a fortnight depending on how quickly you’d like to achieve your goals.

Session 12 is a gorgeous celebration of your goal achievements reflecting on where you started, and how far you’ve come.

Why 12 sessions?

I usually work with clients on some fairly monumental goals. This amount of time is generally long enough for you to be achieving some spectacular goals but short enough for you to remain focused and see results. 12 sessions is long enough to break any existing and unsupportive habits and long enough to develop new supportive habits.

Some Feedback:

“When I first saw Craig I was an emotional wreck and felt as though my life was over. Having been through counseling and not getting anywhere, in just four sessions Craig helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel and with her understanding and practical ideas I was able to realise that it wasn’t all over and that I had many options available to me in this life. Craig’s techniques got right to the core of whatever problems I was experiencing and breaks down the barriers that prevented me from finding fulfillment. Craig is a professional and caring life coach who has put me on the path to becoming a more confident and successful person. I can not thank you enough Craig!”
